Barefoot Trimming
Balanced feet, built to move naturally.
A function-first approach
Every trim starts with watching the horse move, not just picking up a foot. Montclair Magic Mare uses a barefoot, balance-based trimming method that supports the hoof's natural shape, encourages healthy circulation, and works with each horse's conformation instead of against it.
Whether your horse is a trail companion, a competition partner, or a pasture pet, the goal is the same: comfortable, functional feet that hold up to the work they're asked to do.
Assessment
Every new horse gets a full conformation and gait assessment so the trim plan fits the individual, not a template.
Regular Cycles
Consistent 4–6 week trim cycles keep hooves balanced and prevent the small issues that turn into big ones.
